Delivery areas and fees
Delivery is available only for regions shown at checkout. The exact fee and estimate come from the selected country, region and city. Orders delivered in Egypt receive free shipping automatically when the subtotal reaches EGP 2,000.
Inspecting the parcel
Inspect the outer package at delivery. If a container is broken or leaking, photograph the parcel and contact us promptly with the order number.
Exchange and return
We exchange an incorrect product or documented delivery damage after review. Open food products cannot normally be returned for change of mind unless a documented defect or mandatory legal right applies.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation may be requested before dispatch. Actual costs may apply after handover to the carrier. Eligible refunds return to the original method within the provider's processing period.
Personalised boxes
Custom printed orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval and production begins, except where Khitam made the error.
